The Tube Expander Tools is a gas-powered tube expansion tool operating at 0.4-0.8 MPa pressure range. Designed for expanding copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and iron tubes in heat exchanger manufacturing and maintenance applications.
Primarily used in heat exchanger manufacturing to expand tubes (10-20mm length) in surface coolers, condensers, and evaporators. Enables quick, accurate tube expansion for subsequent clamping during automatic tube expansion processes. Also ideal for maintenance operations when connecting same-size pipes or reserving pipe interfaces.
