System Components
Conveyor Belt
Transports crushed material to the feeder for continuous processing.

Double Hydraulic Screen Changer
Filters impurities from plastic material to ensure product purity.
Baby Extruder
Features high-grade 38CrMoAIL screw and barrel with gear box, motor, and heater. Performs secondary melting, mixing, and filtering of plastic.
Water Cooling System
Cools plastic strips using water for optimal processing temperature.
Plastic Pelletizing & Packing System
Converts processed plastic into pellets and conveys them into packing storage silo.
Working Process Flow
Feeding system → Main extruder → Main machine screen changer → Baby extruder → Baby machine screen changer → Water cooling tank → Air blow → Plastic pelletizing → Packing silo with conveying blower
