Installation & Startup
- Slot pack into any Mark VIe VME slot; captive screws 0.5 N*m.
- Wire sensors - mag-pickup shield drain to earth at pack only; 4-20 mA shield same rule.
- Assign tags - ToolboxST > I/O Config > PTUR > channel type (speed / analog / discrete).
- Download - store config in controller flash; turbine can remain at idle.
- Verify LEDs - green "STATUS" steady, amber "ACTIVE" flashes at 2 Hz when healthy.
