The IS220PVIBH1A is a 12-channel vibration & position input module that connects directly to accelerometers, velocity sensors and eddy-current probes without external signal conditioners. Featuring 16-bit A/D conversion, 40 kHz sample rate and integrated peak-to-peak detection, it delivers < 1% amplitude accuracy for gas- & steam-turbine shaft vibration, axial position and bearing temperature trending. With hot-swap capability, IP20 rating and -40...+70 °C operating range, it's the standard choice for plant balance-of-plant (BOP) and auxiliary skids worldwide.

Installation & Startup
- Slot module into any Mark VIe VME slot; tighten captive screws to 0.5 N*m.
- Wire sensors using shielded twisted-pair, with drain wire earthed at pack only.
- Configure via ToolboxST > I/O > PVIB > set sensor type, full-scale, and alarms.
- Verify LEDs: green "STATUS" should be steady, green "ACTIVE" flashes at 2 Hz.
- Trend data by viewing peak-to-peak, RMS, and gap voltage in HMI.
