IS200TRPGH1B is a turbine-protection I/O pack that combines 8 high-speed magnetic-pickup inputs, 8 analog channels (±10 V, 4-20 mA, RTD) and 8 relay outputs in one IP20 slice. DSP-based speed detection delivers < 0.01 % accuracy and < 5 ms update, making it the primary board for overspeed, acceleration and load-share loops in gas, steam and hydro turbines.

Installation & Startup
- Slot module into any Mark VIe VME slot; captive screws 0.5 N*m.
- Connect sensors - mag-pickup shield drain to earth at pack only.
- Configure - ToolboxST > I/O > TRPG > speed source, analog scale, alarms.
- Verify LEDs - green "STATUS" steady, green "ACTIVE" flashes at 2 Hz.
- Test overspeed - simulate 110 % rated speed; relay trips < 40 ms.
