IS215UCCCM04A is the 4th-generation UCCC (Universal Control & Communication Controller) for GE Mark VIe systems. It combines a 1.2 GHz quad-core ARM processor, 4 GB DDR4 RAM, 8 GB eMMC and triple Ethernet (10/100/1000) on one VME-64X board. Running the deterministic QNX Neutrino RTOS, it handles real-time control, HMI hosting, historian buffering and secure edge-gateway functions for turbines, grids and industrial plants in a single slot.

Installation & Startup
  1. Insert module into any VME-64X slot; captive screws 0.5 N*m.
  2. Connect Ethernet - Port-1 Plant, Port-2 Unit, Port-3 Service (DHCP default).
  3. Assign IP & redundancy role - ToolboxST > Controller > UCCC > Network.
  4. Enable security - import signed SBOM, set TPM PIN, enable disk encryption.
  5. Deploy containers - drag-and-drop Docker images (MQTT, OPC-UA, CIMPLICITY).
  6. Verify LEDs - green "RUN" + blinking "LAN" = healthy; amber "STBY" = backup.
