Installation & Start-up
- Mount board on 35 mm DIN-rail inside converter; clip until latch clicks.
- Set jumpers - choose 5 V or 24 V input level; terminate RS-485 if last node.
- Wire encoder - use shielded twisted-pair, shield earthed at board only.
- Connect 24 V - observe polarity; green "PWR" LED lights.
- Configure drive - select "EXT PULSE" source, set pulses/revolution.
- Verify pulses - oscilloscope on output terminals should show clean square wave.
