It converts 100-240 V AC into regulated +24 VDC, +5 VDC and +12 VDC rails required by CPU, I/O and communication cards. Hot-swap, redundant capability and full diagnostic LEDs make it the standard PSU for paper, metals, power and marine control systems built around Advant Controller 31x/41x/51x families.

Installation & Start-up

Slide module into left-most 2 slots; latch handles until click.
Connect AC input - use 3-wire cord set (L, N, PE), torque 0.5 N*m.
Set redundancy switch - ON if second PSU present; DC OK relay closes.
Verify LEDs - green "AC OK" & "DC OK" steady; fan spins < 3 s.
Check redundancy - second supply shows equal load current in Advant Station.
