Installation Guidelines
- Before installation, ensure that the environment is free of debris and oil stains. The linear bearing itself should also be clean and free of foreign objects.
- If the bearing is coated with rust-proof oil, the reference surface should be cleaned with cleaning oil to prevent impurities from affecting the sliding performance and lifespan of the bearing.
- When installing, ensure that the linear bearing is parallel to the base surface. Tools such as a spirit level can be used for detection to prevent the generation of additional stress due to non-parallelism.
