- Precise Positioning: Maintains a stable repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.01 mm, which remains consistent even under closed-loop control. It can satisfy precision operations with zero tolerance for position errors, such as semiconductor packaging and 3C precision assembly.
- Strong Adaptability: Supports two mounting methods—internal locking and external locking—and is compatible with mainstream motor brands like Mitsubishi and Yaskawa without additional modifications. It can also be customized with a double-slider split-movement structure, easily adapting to horizontal installation and side mounting, thus reducing equipment integration costs.
- Long-Durability: Features a load service life of up to 10,000 km, integrated with real-time detection and protection functions. Daily maintenance only requires basic cleaning, significantly reducing downtime losses and lowering long-term operating costs.
