1. Introduction
The ZLY series reducer is a medium-sized hardened cylindrical gear reducer. It is one of the standard series specified in the Chinese Machinery Industry Standard (JB/T 8853-2001), representing the advanced level of universal hardened gear reducers in China. This series uses high-quality alloy steel forged gears, which are carburized, quenched (achieving a high tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62), and all precision ground.
