Certified Safety and Performance
The PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink system, consisting of CMYK and white colors, has achieved ECO PASSPORT certification essential for obtaining the international textile safety standard OEKO-TEX®.
Advanced Ink Management System
Overcoming common DTF printing challenges, Mimaki incorporates a degassing ink design using aluminum packs and white ink circulation technology (MCTv2). The NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) and NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) ensure continuous, stable operation without production interruptions.
What is DTF Printing?
Direct-to-film printing involves printing directly on DTF film, applying hot-melt powder, then heating and drying to form a transferable ink layer. This layer is heat-pressed onto fabrics such as T-shirts for durable, high-quality results.
