The machine automatically completes all packaging procedures including filling, metering, bag forming, sealing, cutting, hot pressing and batch number printing. It adopts photoelectric tracking for precise mark positioning with no manual adjustment required. Equipped with an intelligent control system and Chinese-English LCD display, it allows accurate system operation simply by setting relevant parameters.

The heat sealing unit ensures even heating on bag edges, with independent temperature and height adjustment for upper and lower sealing sides.

By replacing the cutting blade, the machine can achieve straight-line cutting, pattern cutting and connected cutting. Bag cutting runs stably and reliably without jamming. It is easy to operate and can be fitted with a wheel-type coding machine to print batch numbers, production dates and shelf life information.
