· Controller & Software: The process begins with a digital design created in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. This design is then translated into a set of instructions (G-code)

by CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. The controller interprets this code and directs the machine's movements.

· Gantry System: The router typically features a rigid gantry structure that moves the cutting tool (spindle) precisely along the X, Y, and Z axes.

·Spindle: This is the motor that rotates the cutting tool (router bits) at high speeds. Spindle power (measured in kW or HP) determines the machine's ability to cut through different materials and at varying speeds.
