This 90mm x 16mm Flap Disc Backing Pad is mainly used for Making 4inch Flap discs, it is with top layer paper, 2 metal rings on both sides, we also have other different size for your choice, diameter is available in 45mm 75mm 88mm 90mm 92mm 105mm 107mm 117mm 140mm 170mm, we have different layers for different thickness. For this Fiberglass backing is made with premium fiberglass mesh cloth  and excellet phenolic resin, it is with light weight, high strenth, the max Rotation speed can be up to 22000RPM for 100mm flap disc, As for the size, most common used size is 90mm, 107mm 115 or 117mm in the market, it is highly used for making flap discs, clean strip discs, flexible flap discs. wool flap discs, non woven flap discs etc....
