Usage Precautions
1. Wear protective equipment: Always wear goggles, a dust mask, earplugs, and gloves during operation to prevent injury from splashes, dust, and noise.
2. Check equipment and accessories: Before use, confirm that the angle grinder speed matches the maximum allowable speed of the flap wheel, and check that the protective cover is properly installed and the nuts are tightened.
3. Avoid lateral pressure: When grinding, keep the flap wheel perpendicular to the workpiece surface, apply force evenly, and do not press excessively to avoid damaging the blades or causing equipment malfunction.
4. Do not use for cutting operations: The flap wheel is only for grinding, polishing, and rust removal. It must never be used as a cutting disc to avoid breakage and splashing accidents.
5. Replace consumables regularly: When the blades are severely worn, broken, or the grinding efficiency significantly decreases, replace the wheel promptly to ensure operational safety and effectiveness.
