German VSM coated abrasive cloth, made with ceramic abrasive, features a high-strength, soft polyester matrix. The abrasive belt conforms well to the workpiece surface while withstanding strong forces (e.g., deburring). The self-sharpening VSM ceramic abrasive exhibits significant advantages even under moderate contact pressure. It offers high removal rates and long service life for very difficult-to-grind materials, suitable for grinding carbon steel, stainless steel, and ultra-hard metals, as well as very hard materials, providing durability and wear resistance. It features a thickened coating for anti-clogging, cooling, and reduced workpiece burn-in.
