Product Description

This diamond flap disc is constructed with a fiberglass backing plate and high-quality diamond abrasive grains, featuring an overlapping flap structure. It offers fast heat dissipation, non-clogging performance, and minimizes the risk of burning the workpiece. Commonly available sizes: 100mm and 115mm, with a 22.23mm arbor hole. Full range of grit sizes available. OEM orders are welcome. Designed for easy installation on standard angle grinders.

Its service life is 3–5 times longer than that of conventional flap discs. Suitable for various processing needs including rough grinding, touch-up grinding, and fine polishing. Can be used for both dry and wet grinding applications.
