Imported Dust Particle Counting Monitoring System - Light Scattering Method
The LPC-R203PLUS and LPC-R403PLUS are 24-hour continuous monitoring particle counters based on ISO-21501-4 calibration, designed to measure particles in real time and monitor them online using the light scattering method. These systems are installed in clean rooms of manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies that require grade management during the manufacturing process. The quantity is calculated based on the size of dust particles and output to the display or electronic screen, enabling easy determination of cleanliness grade according to real-time contamination levels. The optional PC software allows simultaneous management of data from 20 devices installed in different locations with configurable alerts, making it ideal for multi-point monitoring applications.
