The GS series gantry machining centers feature a robust gantry structure that combines the strong rigidity and stability of traditional gantry machines with the rapid movement capability of vertical machining centers, significantly enhancing processing efficiency for large workpieces.
Machine Structure
Through finite element analysis (FEM), we've optimized the casting reinforcing ribs to achieve optimal bed strength. Special reinforcing structures for the X-axis base and Y-axis crossbeam ensure stability and prevent deformation.
The four-track Z-axis ram design provides exceptional rigidity while eliminating low-speed crawling and long-term precision loss common in traditional hard rail systems.
