Construction Details
Casting Material: Machine bed is constructed with HT300 grade cast iron as a monolithic casting, processed through vibration aging and double tempering treatments to eliminate residual stresses. This ensures exceptional dimensional stability and long-term durability.
Bed Structure: The machine tool features a monoblock bed with a low center of gravity. Finite Element Analysis (FEM) optimizes the geometry and layout of reinforcing ribs in the cast components, maximizing bed rigidity for superior performance in heavy-duty cutting operations.
