Operating Mechanism
The core of BMRS motor employs a planetary gear transmission mechanism with tooth difference (cycloidal pinwheel meshing pair):
- Pressure oil enters the motor chamber, driving the internal cycloidal rotor (Geroler) to perform non-rotational planetary motion within the fixed ring gear (Gerotor)
- The eccentric motion of the rotor converts into continuous rotational motion of the output shaft through spline shaft or connecting rod mechanisms
- The output shaft transmits torque and speed to the load end, powering equipment operation
