Dupont Kevlar Aramid Rope for Toughened Glass Plant Machinery
Customized 12×4mm Aramid Fiber Kevlar Cord Ropes designed for TamGlass, Landglass, Northglass, Mountain Glass, and Jinglass Tempering Furnaces.
Aramid rope features high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, high pressure resistance, superior strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, and excellent mechanical properties.
Application
Aramid ropes are wrapped on tempering furnace rollers to facilitate rapid transportation of high-temperature glass. After heating in the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled by the wind grid. The Kevlar roller rope effectively protects the glass from contacting low-temperature metal rollers, preventing cold explosions and scratches.
