Overview
Our Immersion Heater series provides consistent liquid temperature control, specifically designed for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries. These compact heaters integrate seamlessly into PVDF, PFA, and quartz process tanks, safely and efficiently heating acids, bases, DI water, and other noncombustible liquids up to 180°C.
The immersed heat source minimizes heat loss while the heater's low mass and large surface area deliver rapid temperature response. Each system includes comprehensive safety features with redundant interlocks. Available in frame designs with outputs from 1.0 to 40.0 kW, we offer custom sizes, wattages, and voltages to meet specific requirements.
