PFA immersion tank heaters provide high-efficiency heating with superior temperature control for harsh chemicals or DI water in ultrapure tanks, including PVDF, PFA, and quartz tanks. Their PFA/PTFE wetted surfaces are ideal for high-purity applications requiring excellent chemical compatibility. These heaters deliver maximum power output in a compact footprint and are available in various sizes to fit new and existing systems in semiconductor, solar, MEMs, and other technological industries.
