PTFE Heat Exchanger unit with protective guard

Excellent chemical compatibility and rugged design for your heating or cooling application.

Features
  • All wetted parts of fluoropolymer (FEP, PFA, or PTFE) construction
  • Heavy duty CPVC mounting bracket and 1/8-inch thick perforated guard protects the coil from damage
  • Heavy wall tubing improves circulation and minimizes pressure drop
Specifications
Coil Type Standard FEP coils rated up to 60 PSI steam service (PFA coils available for up to 140 PSI)
Exchange Area 5.5 to 120 square feet standard
Minimum Steam Pressure 20 PSI required for operation
Tubing Sizes 1/2 inch (12.5mm) diameter for larger coils, 1/4 inch (6.5mm) diameter for smaller coils
Inlet/Outlet Sizing 3/4", 1", 1-1/2", 2" available
Available Options (Consult Factory)
  • Custom configurations including bottom style exchangers
