Our process and rinse tanks are constructed from a single sheet of application-specific plastic material that is CNC machined and folded using the "ORIGAMI" method. This innovative approach minimizes welding, providing smooth, seamless, rounded interior corners while eliminating particle/contamination traps and potential leaks caused by workmanship, thermal cycling, or prolonged chemical exposure.
Combining the "ORIGAMI" design with over 40 years of wet process experience delivers optimal process and rinse results at the lowest possible cost. PTFE tanks are available in configurations for all substrate and cassette sizes, with both standard and custom designs available.
