Our process and rinse tanks are constructed from a single sheet of application-specific plastic material that is CNC machined and then folded using the "ORIGAMI" method. This innovative approach minimizes welding, providing smooth, seamless, rounded interior corners that eliminate particle/contamination traps and potential leaks caused by workmanship, thermal cycling, or prolonged chemical exposure.
Combining the "ORIGAMI" design with over 40 years of wet process experience, we deliver optimal process and rinse results at the most cost-effective price point.
