Welded PTFE Bath PTFE Wet Process Tanks for the Semiconductor Industry are available in a comprehensive range of dimensions and volumes to meet diverse requirements. In addition to standard configurations, PTFE tanks can be custom-produced with different sizes, wall thicknesses, or modified flange designs per customer specifications.
Seamless integration of supply and drain ports in any placement and design is available. Standard wall and floor thicknesses for rectangular and circular tanks range from 10 to 12 mm. Flange dimensions are 20 mm wide (including tank wall) and 15 mm high. Tanks can be constructed from standard PTFE or modified PTFE materials.
A comprehensive range of accessories is available, including supply and drain ports, supply blocks, water-jet pumps, supports, and hinged PTFE lids. Our product line includes all necessary components to supplement electronic control units and implement complex process solutions. With extensive industry expertise, we provide support during the planning stage.
