We manufacture custom-made plastic component parts for commercial and industrial customers & OEMs. We work to your exact specifications and can produce small prototype quantities as well as short-run and larger production quantities.
Our in-house PTFE compression molding capabilities allow us to create stock forms and near net shapes for efficient machining of custom PTFE parts. We also machine a variety of plastics including PP.

Anodizing
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts a metal surface into an oxide layer. While primarily used for aluminum, other nonferrous metals like titanium and magnesium can also be anodized. The process involves immersing the metal part in an acid electrolyte bath and applying electric current to grow the oxide layer, resulting in enhanced corrosion-resistance, durability, and decorative finishes.
