For use in iron, zinc and manganese phosphate tanks. Phosphate coatings are applied to iron or steel parts to significantly increase corrosion resistance.

Maintenance & Installation
Phosphate tank heaters require regular maintenance due to crystalline buildup. We recommend:
- De-rating heaters to 20 WSI to slow crystalline buildup
- Cleaning every 2 weeks
- Using models with 6" welded nipple for easier removal and cleaning
- For high evaporation rate systems, consider L-Shaped or Bottom heaters with heat shield
Safety Features
All phosphorus coating systems should include:
- Liquid level safety to automatically shut off heaters in case of evaporation, tank leakage, or chemical hose failure
