SURPLUS metal immersion heaters are engineered for corrosive chemical heating applications, available in multiple configurations including open tank, screw plug, and flange designs. Our product range spans from compact 500-watt units for laboratory use to powerful 50,000-watt industrial systems.

- Constructed with titanium, SUS316 or SUS304 seamless tubes in vertical configuration with three 50mm diameter elements
- Power output customized based on installation location, liquid chemical properties, and solid content deposition
- Hot-zone length varies with wattage, while cold-zone length is adjustable to meet equipment requirements
- Safety-designed with hot-zone positioned at least 100mm below chemical liquid level
- Available in multiple voltages: 110V/P, 220V/P, 380V/P, 220V/3P, 380V/3P, 415V/3P, 480V/3P
- Power range from 0.5KW to 36KW with standard overheat protection switch or heat detector
- CE certified for reliability and extended service life
