2. Acrylic back panel processing Use a cutting machine to cut the designed grooves on the acrylic sheet. Grind the edges of the groove to ensure smoothness and avoid scratching the light strip.
3. LED neon light strip installationCut the light strip according to the length of the groove. Carefully insert the light strip into the groove, making sure the light strip fits tightly into the groove. Use a small amount of transparent glue to secure the light strip to prevent it from loosening.

2. How was the sign made?

All of our signs are handmade by professionally trained craftsmen. We used an acrylic backing and neon tape. While we take extracare when making your sign, since it is handmade there may be glue around the neon. It will not be noticed when the sign is illuminated.

3. Can you provide customized services?

Yes, we have professional designers who can design your logo for free, you just need to send us the request.

4. How long will you sign last?

Our neon sign has an approximate lifespan 50000 hours.

5. How can you assure the quality of the signs?

100% quality tested. Each of our signs has been rigorously tested before delivery. And during the production process, we make sure that all parts are properly bonded to the backing board to ensure there is no pressure to damage the neon sign.
