26GHz Pulse Radar Level Gauge With 4-20mA/HART Signal Output
The pulse radar level gauge is a non-contact liquid level measurement instrument based on the time travel principle.
Working principle: The pulse radar level gauge emits extremely short microwave pulses with very low energy. These pulses are transmitted through the antenna system and conducted along the cable or rod probe. When the pulse encounters the material surface, it is reflected back and received by the receiver inside the instrument. The electronic components calculate the distance between the material surface and the probe based on the pulse travel time, and then determine the liquid level height.
- High measurement accuracy: The measurement accuracy can reach ±3mm.
- Strong anti-interference ability: It adopts 26GHz high frequency, with a small beam angle and concentrated energy, which has strong anti-interference ability and is almost unaffected by corrosion, foam, dust, water vapor, etc.
- Strong adaptability: It can be used in extreme temperature and pressure environments and can measure various liquid and solid media, including corrosive, viscous and foamy liquids.
- Easy installation and maintenance: It does not involve complex pipelines or moving parts, is easy to install, durable and maintenance-free.
