• Digital Precision Sensitivity Adjustment with Anti-Glue Interference 
  Featuring clear digital readouts, the sensor allows fine-tuning of threshold settings to distinguish between pure glue, surface foam, and minor probe residue. This avoids false alarms caused by solidified or clumped hot melt adhesive, and is compatible with both thin hot melt adhesives and high-viscosity PUR polyurethane glues.
• No Mechanical Moving Parts—Eliminates Jamming 
  Unlike float-type glue level switches, this sensor has no floating elements or springs. Even when high-temperature glue cools and solidifies, the device won't jam or fail, eliminating the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance.

  Supports wide DC voltage input (10–30V) and provides dual NPN/PNP transistor outputs. It can be directly connected to PLCs, audible/visual alarms, or automatic glue refill pumps, enabling real-time glue shortage alerts and automated feeding control.
