Product Description
The Mellanox InfiniBand MMA4Z00-NS compatible OSFP optical module is an InfiniBand 800Gb/s 2x400Gb/s dual-port OSFP, an SR8 multimode parallel 8-channel optical module that uses 2 optical fibers and features a 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector, with each supporting a data transmission rate of 400Gb/s. The parallel multimode short-range 8-channel (SR8) design employs 100G-PAM4 modulation, allowing a maximum transmission distance of 50m when using 8 multimode optical fibers. It is used for Quantum-2 switches.
