This Mellanox InfiniBand MMS4X00-NM compatible OSFP optical module is an InfiniBand 800Gb/s 2x400Gb/s dual-port OSFP, DR8 multimode parallel 8-channel optical module, using 2 optical fibers and 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connectors, each supporting a data transmission rate of 400Gb/s. The parallel multimode short-range 8-channel (DR8) design employs 100G-PAM4 modulation, achieving a maximum transmission distance of 500m when using 8 multimode fibers. It is suitable for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.

- 8x 100G-PAM4 electrical signals converted to 2 channels of 4x 100G-PAM4 optical signals in parallel
- After thorough testing with the real machine, it is fully compatible with NVIDIA (NVIDIA) QM9700/9790 devices
- Complies with OSFP MSA, IEEE 802.3ck, RoHS standards, and Class 1 laser safety, supports digital diagnostic monitoring
