This Mellanox InfiniBand MMA4Z00-NS400 compatible OSFP optical module is a 400Gb/s single-port OSFP112, SR4 multi-mode parallel optical module, using a single 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The short-range 4-channel (SR4) design adopts 100G-PAM4 modulation, with a maximum transmission distance of 50m over OM4 multi-mode fiber. It is suitable for InfiniBand NDR end-to-end systems.
