The car starter is an automotive component that converts the electrical energy of the battery into mechanical energy to drive the engine's flywheel rotation. It consists of a DC motor, a transmission mechanism, and an electromagnetic control switch. The voltage is divided into two types: 12V and 24V. The gear head design is categorized into covered and uncovered types. The service life of domestically produced models is approximately 6 years or 100,000 kilometers, while joint venture and imported models can reach 10 years or 200,000 kilometers. During operation, the driving gear of the transmission mechanism meshes with the flywheel ring gear to transmit torque, which automatically disengages after the engine starts, and the electromagnetic switch controls the circuit's on/off function
