The fire-resistant busbar trunking consists of an outer shell coated with fire-resistant paint, busbars wrapped with fire-resistant mica tape, and brackets made of fire-resistant insulation materials. There are multiple grooves on the bracket, in which busbars are embedded and fixed. There is a bus duct connection box at one end of the bus duct, and a bus tap box inside the bus duct. Fire resistant busbar trunking has excellent insulation performance, which can be used continuously in normal environments or for more than one hour in fire environments. It can be used in high-rise buildings and important facilities to replace fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.
Features:
1. Using inorganic insulation materials (such as mica tape, mineral insulation, etc.) and fireproof coating treatment, the circuit integrity can be maintained at a high temperature of 950 ℃ and pass a 1.5-hour combustion test.
2. By designing double-layer hollow side panels, heat dissipation areas, and convection holes, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved to adapt to high current transmission scenarios.
3. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel material, combined with fireproof insulation layer (such as rock wool, aluminum silicate fiber), effectively isolating high temperature gases and open flames.
