660 Series Stringing Block Maximum Suitable Conductor ACSR500
Product Specifications
This 660×100mm Large Diameter Stringing Block features dimensions (outside diameter × groove bottom diameter × sheave width) of Φ660 × Φ560 × 100 (mm). Designed for maximum conductor ACSR500 (aluminum cross section of 500mm²) with maximum passing diameter of 75mm. Compatible with J500B Splicing Sleeve Protector.
Configuration Options
- Sheave Count: Available in single, three, five, and seven sheave configurations
- Conductor Capacity: Supports single conductor, double bundle, four bundle, and six bundle conductors
- Material Options: MC nylon, aluminum alloy, nylon coated rubber, aluminum coated rubber, or steel intermediate sheave
- MC Nylon Variant: 110mm wheel width supports ACSR630 conductor (630mm²) with 85mm passing diameter and J630B Splicing Sleeve Protector
