Working Principle
Modified atmosphere packaging replaces box air with fresh-keeping gas. The electrical system controls cylinder movements for mold operation, gas replacement, sealing, and film cutting. Standard sealing involves mold closure and film cutting.
Mixing Ratio
Gas mixers provided with fixed ratios based on food characteristics. Optional ternary gas mixer upgrade available.
