The YVO015HWV-C01 is a 1.45-inch square LCD display module developed by Shenzhen Yingzhanying Technology Co., Ltd., suitable for industrial control, consumer electronics, and smart device applications. It adopts an a-Si TFT active matrix drive element and Normally Black, Transmissive display mode, with 412×412 resolution and 262k display colors to present clear and vivid images. The module integrates an Incell touch function with SPD2010 as both display and touch driver IC, and supports 4-line SPI, MIPI, and QSPI interfaces for flexible circuit integration. With a compact outline dimension of 39.36×41.53×1.66 mm and an active area of 36.96×36.96 mm, it is easy to install in space-constrained devices.

The YVO015HWV-C01 LCD module features stable electrical performance, with a recommended power supply voltage (IOVCC/VCI) range of 2.6V to 3.3V (typical 2.8V) and a maximum supply current (IDD) of 50mA (3.3V, color bar pattern). Its backlight unit adopts a "1 LED Serial, 2 LED Parallel" design, with a typical forward current (IF) of 50mA and forward voltage (VF) of 3.5V, ensuring sufficient brightness while controlling power consumption (typical 175mW). The module uses the FH26-31S-0.3SHW connector (or equivalent) for reliable electrical connection, simplifying integration into various device circuits. Additionally, the reset signal is active low, and touch I2C signals (TP-SCL/TP-SDA) require 4.7K~10K pull-up resistors for stable communication.

The YVO015HWV-C01 has excellent environmental adaptability and reliability. It can operate normally in the temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and be stored in the range of -30°C to 80°C, adapting to most indoor and outdoor application scenarios. The module has passed multiple reliability tests: 120 hours of high-temperature (80°C) and low-temperature (-30°C) storage, 120 hours of high-temperature (60°C) and high-humidity (90% RH) storage, 10 cycles of thermal shock (-30°C 30min ~ +70°C 30min), and ESD tests (air ±8kV, contact ±4kV), with no functional abnormalities after tests. In terms of handling, the display panel is made of glass, so avoid mechanical shocks; the polarizer on the surface can only be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or ethyl alcohol, and anti-static measures (such as grounding the body and tools) must be taken during assembly to prevent component damage.

FPC & Connector: The FPC layout can be adjusted according to the device's space layout, and alternative connector models can be selected to match the mainboard design.
