It features a 4.2-inch active area with 400×300 square pixels (0.212×0.212mm pixel pitch), supporting Black/White/Red (B/W/R) full-display capabilities—ideal for color-coded information presentation in retail and logistics scenarios. The module integrates an SSD1683 driver IC, including gate buffer, source buffer, interface logic, timing controller, oscillator, DC-DC converter, SRAM, and LUT, ensuring stable and efficient performance. With an outline dimension of 91.00(H)×77.00(V)×1.15(D)mm (no protective film) and lightweight design, it enables easy integration into electronic shelf labels, smart cargo tags, and compact smart devices.
