The module integrates an SSD1682 driver IC, including gate buffer, source buffer, interface logic, timing controller, oscillator, DC-DC converter, SRAM, and LUT, ensuring stable and efficient performance. With an ultra-thin outline dimension of 21.7(H)×35.3(V)×1.0(D)mm (without masking film) and ultra-lightweight design (1.2±0.2g), it enables seamless integration into tiny devices like electronic shelf labels, smart wearables, portable sensors, and mini IoT devices.
