This industrial grade 16x2 character LCD module adopts advanced COB (Chip On Board) packaging design, STN yellow-green positive transmissive display mode with high contrast monochrome effect, driven by professional ST7066U driver IC. It features 5.0V DC logic supply voltage, 4.7V DC LCD driving voltage, 16(characters)×2(line) standard display format, 8-bit parallel 16-pin interface, 1/16 Duty & 1/5 Bias driving method and 6 O'clock viewing direction.
