This 9.3-inch a-Si TFT LCD module with cover glass features 600(RGB)×1600 high resolution and transmissive normally black display mode with full viewing angle IPS technology. It supports MIPI and I2C interface with capacitive touch function driven by dedicated touch IC and equipped with white LED backlight. The module adopts 2.5D glass with 5H surface hardness over 85% light transmittance and industrial wide temperature design. With slim outline dimension and high reliability it is widely used in industrial control equipment automotive display smart instruments human machine interface and outdoor embedded applications.
