This 3.97 inch In-cell TFT LCD touch screen features 480x800 resolution, MIPI interface and normally black transmissive display mode. It supports 262K colors, free viewing direction, 350 cd/m² typical brightness and 800:1 typical contrast ratio. The module includes TP I2C signal pins with SCL, SDA, VDD, RESET, INT and GND definition, making it suitable for compact handheld terminals, smart control devices, portable instruments and embedded touch display applications.
Customization is available for brightness, touch solution, FPC structure, cover lens, interface and other specifications based on different project requirements.
