ASTA Plastic Tubes (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was established in 1999 and is located in Shanghai, China. We are a manufacturer and exporter specializing in plastic tube production.
We passed the Germany TUV 9001:2000 ISO international quality system authentication in 2002 and maintain a complete quality management system. Our facility employs 150 regular workers with approximately 30 additional temporary staff, including 30% management personnel and 20% engineers.
We manufacture plastic tubes and ABL tubes for cosmetics, food, pharmacy, and painting color industries. Our advanced manufacturing equipment includes multiple high-efficiency flow lines with an annual production capacity of 60-80 million pieces.
