HFTA-H-SM-130x40 series single-motor single-depth telescopic fork is primarily designed for lightweight loads of around 100KG in environments with limited entry space.With a fork width of only 130mm.it features a compact and sleek design and offers a lighter weight.It is typically used individually but can also be deployed in dual or multiple fork configurations for combined operation. 

1. One-piece upper fork: made of high-strength plate with integral bending processing, simple and beautiful, high strength;
2. High-strength needle roller bearings: customized according to the requirements of telescopic fork industry, with high precision, low resistance, strong radial bearing capacity, high hardness and self-aligning function, wear-resistant and impact-resistant;
3. Polymer material guide block: ultra-high polymer polyethylene, high wear-resistant, impact-resistant, with self-lubrication;
4. Analyzed chain: anti-stretch, high strength, high breaking load, fatigue resistance;
5. One-piece center fork: made of high-quality steel, machining center one-piece molding, with high precision;
6. Torque limiter protection: the driving part is equipped with a torque limiter, disc spring friction plate structure, overload slipping in time to disconnect the transmission;

Telescopic forks are the actuators of the stacker cranes for accessing goods. The telescopic forks can be extended and retracted horizontally in order to feed (or remove) goods to and from the two side compartments. Forks generally use three-stage (or four-stage) linear differential telescopic forks, which are composed of cam bearings, slider guide units, power gear units, fork bodies, etc., and are driven by rack and pinion or chain.
